    I’ve done this before with the no food rule and it had been enlightening. Although, I did do it at a time in my life when I was highly stressed.

    As now I’m in a point of my life where I’m quite relieved/relaxed and happy, I guess I’ll try doing it again with the organic/healthy foods (veggies, fruits etc.) and all the other rules to see how it differs.

    I’m guessing the creative juices will flow much more in this state of mind (as opposed to when you are highly stressed in your life).

      I think substituting the no-food rule for an all organic rule is a great idea, especially when you are already feeling really well.
